Speychain Limited, trading as Spey.Finance, is committed to complying fully with all applicable laws and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF). Our policy is to prevent people engaged in money laundering, fraud, and other financial crimes, including terrorist financing, from using our services. We have established and implemented systems and procedures that meet the standards set by the UK government, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and other relevant bodies. Our AML and CTF procedures include verifying the identity of our customers, maintaining records, recognising and reporting suspicious activities, and providing appropriate training to our staff. We conduct our business based on the principle of utmost good faith, integrity, due diligence and prudence, and we expect our customers to adhere to these principles as well. Any attempts to conceal funds that are derived from, or intended to support, illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities.
